Parrot Cay features 60 guestrooms and beach villas, elegantly and tastefully furnished in a modern colonial style. These spacious accommodations are adorned with white cushions and linens, Spanish tile (except for the villas which offer hardwood floors), four-poster beds, and teak furniture. All the rooms have air-conditioning, a fully stocked mini-bar, as well as French doors opening up to terraces with magnificent views. The bathrooms are large and have many toiletries available, including slippers, bathrobes, and blow dryers.

The accommodations at Parrot Cay include one- and two-bedroom Beach Houses, and three-bedroom Villas. The two-bedroom Beach Houses have a living room, a private pool, and a terrace. The three-bedroom Villa offers king-size beds in two bedrooms and twin beds and a bathroom in the other. The Villa features a kitchen with a butler as well as a golf cart to maneuver around the property.
